Important : All rates below are annual Trail Commissions embedded within each fund's Total Expense Ratio (TER). These do not represent any additional cost to you. Trail commission is the ongoing annual payment we receive from AMCs for managing your assets under our guidance.
Trail brokerage represents the annual commission we earn from Asset Management Companies on assets managed through us. This commission is already included in the fund's expense ratio published by the AMC and is not a separate charge. We disclose these rates to maintain transparency, reaffirm that our recommendations are independent and suitability-driven, and comply with SEBI regulations requiring MFD disclosures of compensation arrangements.

Different AMCs offer different commission rates. By publishing these rates, we acknowledge this relationship exists while reaffirming that your fund recommendations are based on suitability, performance, and alignment with your goals-not on the commission we earn.
Trail commissions are NOT extra charges. They are built into the fund's Total Expense Ratio (TER), which is regulated by SEBI. You pay the same whether you invest directly or through us. The commission structure does not increase your investment costs.
Our team recommends funds based on rigorous fund analysis, historical performance, risk profiles, expense efficiency, and alignment with your financial goals. Commission rates are secondary. We do not recommend high-commission funds over low-commission alternatives if the latter better suits your needs.
This disclosure aligns with SEBI's requirement that MFDs maintain transparency regarding compensation arrangements and ensure that recommendations are fair and not driven by commission incentives. Transparency is core to our operation as a registered distributor.
